Key Responsibilities

  • •Form infold carton and position it on the scale platform for packing.
  • •Neatly pack carton with layers of sheeted bacon and scale to proper weight by adjusting over/underweight slices.
  • •Add cover sheet and fold cover, then set cartons aside for the conveyor.
  • •Monitor scale tare for correct setting and keep the area clean.
  • •In downtime, inspect bacon slices to meet specific order standards as set by leadership.
