Apply engineering, physics, and materials science to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain manufacturing systems. Drive asset reliability by maximizing uptime, improving preventive/predictive maintenance, and performing troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Optimize maintenance procedures, budgets, and equipment reliability using advanced control systems such as PLCs and robotic automation. Ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance, use CMMS data to identify trends, and support installations and upgrades while helping train team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize uptime and output of machinery to improve reliability and availability.
•Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement.
•Investigate complex breakdowns and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•Optimize maintenance procedures, budgets, and workflows to improve asset performance.
•Improve equipment reliability using advanced control systems (including PLCs and robotic automation) and oversee installations and upgrades.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•7+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
•2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
•2+ years of experience in aluminum or steel, or heavy process manufacturing operations running 24/7.
•Industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
