Operations Key holder 20 hrs

Lead store operations as a Keyholder, ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and effective floor leadership when management isn’t present. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs. Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards, coach the team on product knowledge and customer experience, and assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom quality. Help create a positive, inclusive, high-performing environment and support store management with daily operational duties.
