Customer Specialist

Deliver a customer-first experience by guiding customers through vehicle buying, selling, servicing, and financing. In this training role, perform vehicle condition assessments, support appraisals, and manage inventory check-in and reconciliation. Handle paperwork, payments, and administrative reporting, while coordinating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for billing accuracy. Maintain compliance with CarMax EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean and organized.
