Key Responsibilities

•Refactor and develop moderately complex full-stack code for core API services that process traffic across global regions.
•Design and deliver program specifications for resilient application patterns, distributed session management, and cross-region token/auth validation.
•Develop and test complex code and documentation for disaster recovery readiness across Cold-Hot (Active-Standby) and Hot-Hot (Active-Active) phases.
•Collaborate with internal application engineering, hybrid DevOps, and data specialists to integrate DR capabilities into the active development pipeline.
•Advise leadership on design, development, and enforcement of application standards and controls, including PCI security compliance across a multi-region distributed perimeter.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or related field.
•Typically 6+ years of professional experience coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.
•Experience with two or more modern front-end/back-end languages and working with APIs and external services, including relational and NoSQL databases.
•Proven experience in application refactoring, microservices decoupling, or adapting logic for horizontal scaling in cloud environments.
•Direct experience building application and API tiers in multi-region Active-Active or high-availability distributed environments; AWS platform experience.
