Job Summary

Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) for optical modules in ASML’s EUV Factory by translating design intent into manufacturable processes. Prepare and validate optical integration flows for predictable execution, lead installation and qualification using optical performance indicators, and optimize tooling and procedures for early builds. When deviations occur, perform structured root-cause analysis and embed corrective actions to safeguard performance and hardware integrity, supporting a smooth transition to volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare optical modules and optical integration flows for introduction into the EUV Factory, ensuring execution readiness and consistent projection-critical performance.
•Lead installation and qualification by refining integration sequences and validating optical performance indicators (wavefront, mirror alignment, focus uniformity).
•Assess design intent, identify manufacturability risks, and drive improvements that protect hardware integrity and performance stability.
•Guide factory readiness for new optical configurations by optimizing tooling and procedures and ensuring safe handling of high-value optical components.
•Lead structured root-cause analysis when deviations occur and verify corrective actions are embedded into the process and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Optics, or similar).
•3+ years of experience in a high-tech production environment, preferably in optical assembly, alignment, or testing.
•Experience with complex production processes, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
•Knowledge of optics is a plus.
