Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the company’s DevOps and platform engineering strategy and report effectiveness metrics to the CTO and engineering leadership.
  • •Build and continuously improve an engineering effectiveness measurement framework using DORA metrics.
  • •Lead development of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and improve developer experience (DevEx).
  • •Build and evolve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and drive Infrastructure as Code adoption.
  • •Recruit, develop, and motivate the DevOps/SRE team and champion engineering culture transformation across QA and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience in the internet/tech industry, with 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/platform engineering experience.
  • •Proven experience building high-concurrency, high-availability production systems (10M+ daily requests or equivalent complexity), with e-commerce/fintech/gaming/healthcare preferred.
  • •Experience leading a DevOps/SRE team of 30+ (bonus for building a team from scratch or significantly elevating team effectiveness).
  • •Proficiency in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) with production-grade cluster planning, capacity management, and incident handling experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), plus programming proficiency in Go/Python/Java for automation and platform components.
