Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for F5 solutions including BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, APM, AWAF), NGINX, and F5 Distributed Cloud.
  • •Design comprehensive application delivery and security architectures meeting client needs for performance, scalability, security, and high availability, including AI workload and container environment considerations.
  • •Lead pre-sales technical support: drive solution discussions, deliver presentations/demos, and help create proposals highlighting F5 value.
  • •Develop solution designs (diagrams/specs/implementation plans) and support technical validation via Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned to business requirements.
  • •Collaborate with engineering during implementation/deployment, troubleshoot complex F5 issues (potentially in Kubernetes), and mentor junior team members while contributing to thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 7+ years designing and implementing network or application delivery solutions, with strong F5 expertise preferred.
  • •Deep expertise in F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, APM, AWAF), ideally NGINX, and familiarity with F5 Distributed Cloud.
  • •Strong networking and security fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
  • •Proficiency in scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) and familiarity with cloud and Kubernetes; AI concepts (AI Factories, RAG, AI Gateways) desirable.
