Job Summary

Support the Top Creator Team in managing and scaling high-performing creators on the platform. You’ll track creator performance metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve livestream and content strategies. Assist with day-to-day creator coordination, support Super KLS livestream execution, and help onboard and incubate emerging creators to build a sustainable creator pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor creator metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve live selling and content strategies.
•Assist with day-to-day creator coordination including scheduling, campaign alignment, performance follow-ups, and smooth livestream/brand collaboration execution.
•Support planning and execution of Super KLS high-impact livestream sessions, including assortment strategy and real-time coordination.
•Help onboard new creators and guide them through platform tools and best practices.
•Support early-stage creator growth through structured onboarding, incubating, and follow-up activities.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Basic understanding of social media trends.
•Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
