Job Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for steering a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects across APJ, redesigning capability workflows, and driving AI adoption and MAU growth with enterprise customers. You’ll translate product roadmaps into just-in-time enablement programs, partner with account teams, and travel regionally to ensure strategic alignment and practical impact across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop an elite APJ regional team of Customer Enablement Architects, setting high standards for technical depth and customer impact.
•Redesign enterprise enablement workflows to shift from episodic learning to continuous, contextual capability building aligned with customer modernization curves.
•Partner with account teams to diagnose capability blockers and drive measurable increases in MAU across strategic enterprise accounts.
•Design and deploy customized enablement applications and prototypes when standard curricula fall short to accelerate customer outcomes.
•Engage with enterprise technical leaders and C-suite executives to align capability roadmaps with high-level AI transformation goals.

Travel: High travel

•Willingness to travel extensively across APJ and manage a geographically dispersed team.
