Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes for NVIDIA processors as part of the Operations Engineering team.
  • •Identify and implement test processes that improve manufacturing efficiency and test coverage for latest CPU architectures and automotive chips.
  • •Analyze product yield limiters, optimize Vmin/Fmax (speed binning), and resolve ATE failures through cross-functional root-cause efforts.
  • •Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring-up, validation, characterization, and reliability qualification for production ramp at worldwide sites.
  • •Optimize placement of test coverage across test and supply chain to meet automotive zero-defect screening and reduce cost, using data analysis to correlate field/customer failures with internal production data.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or above degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Physics with 2+ years of experience.
  • •Experience in post-silicon characterization, correlation, qualification (including HTOL testing), and debug.
  • •Knowledge of ATE testing, DFT methodology, and CMOS device physics.
  • •Familiarity with CPU architecture fundamentals (e.g., cache hierarchies, coherency fabrics, multi-core power management) or automotive high-reliability product lifecycles.
  • •Strength presenting and communicating to technical audiences with methodical problem-solving and critical thinking.
