Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to setting brand direction and platform, including positioning, point of view, character, and brand architecture.
  • •Translate brand direction and architecture into overall creative direction for the brand and key visual assets, evolving brand storytelling and aesthetics.
  • •Define seasonal/annual look, feel, tone, and overarching brand messaging, including key creative cross-category concepts and stories.
  • •Provide creative oversight and topline direction for the full brand experience across product, point of sale, and communication, including communication strategy and consumer-facing frameworks.
  • •Oversee creation of major creative frameworks and lead brand campaigns and global brand cultural moments; manage external creative agency partners and integrate consumer insights with cross-functional teams.
