Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day support and oversight across active O&M contracts to ensure works meet contractual scope and service levels.
  • •Monitor asset and portfolio performance, tracking availability, output, and key technical KPIs, and escalate deviations.
  • •Prepare internal and external performance reporting, including contractor and OEM performance against contract.
  • •Coordinate with O&M contractors and OEMs on technical matters such as corrective works, spare parts, and warranty claims.
  • •Support budget tracking and contract oversight for O&M contracts, including invoicing, variation orders, and spend against budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical or similar) or equivalent technical qualification; not essential if backed by strong OEM/field experience.
  • •Wind turbine technician certifications (e.g., GWO) and OEM-specific technical training.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a technical or field service role with a major wind OEM (e.g., Siemens Gamesa, Vestas, GE), followed by 4+ years in site management/lead technician or asset management/technical advisory with an independent operator.
  • •Strong wind technical background; solar and/or storage experience is an advantage.
  • •Fluent English required; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
