Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet business requirements and best practices.
  • •Lead Salesforce customization and configuration across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to improve sales processes, territory planning, and opportunity management.
  • •Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including custom agents to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • •Integrate Salesforce with Genesys and Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability, including OpenAI API integrations for AI-driven automation and insights.
  • •Oversee territory planning, sales automation, and forecast management; collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and deliver end-to-end solutions; mentor engineers and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on Salesforce solution design and implementation experience, including Sales Cloud and related Salesforce technologies.
  • •Hands-on development with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including custom agent development.
  • •Experience customizing/configuring Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to optimize sales processes and forecasting.
  • •Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms, specifically Genesys and Data Cloud.
  • •Experience integrating AI capabilities using OpenAI APIs within Salesforce (preferred: Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Application/System Architect).
