Advise on the full employment lifecycle—recruitment, global mobility, workplace investigations, terminations, and disputes—while partnering on collective matters with Labour Relations. Collaborate with Global Legal counsel on regional and global initiatives, support growth through risk-based solutions, and deliver internal training on employment legal topics.
