Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety & awareness through store meetings and training and reinforce asset protection safety protocols
  • •Maintain strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment
  • •Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond to incidents by de-escalating professionally
  • •Complete asset protection audits and prepare reports; represent Sephora in court if required

Salary: USD 19.5 - 25.88 hourly
