Product Support Specialist - Text Filter

Own the health and accuracy of Roblox’s Text Filtering systems by serving as the first line of defense for user and developer reports. Triage and resolve filtering incidents, investigate false positives/negatives, and create, test, and deploy complex regex-based rules. Monitor trends and collaborate with Safety Engineering to keep the filter stack stable, while acting as a subject matter expert on community guidelines and improving workflows using support ticket insights.
