Job Summary

Join the Order to Cash (Cash and Credit Management) team in Warsaw to support end-to-end OTC accounting processes. You’ll handle receipts and direct debit payments, analyze overdue invoices, settle customer accounts and reconcile differences, post manual journals, and prepare monthly reporting. The role also includes maintaining the OTC generic mailbox, supporting audit tasks, and performing internal audit controls while working within Pandora’s global GBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle incoming wholesale receipts and direct debit payments.
•Analyze overdue invoices and settle customer account transactions, following up on differences.
•Book provisions for bad debt.
•Allocate and reconcile payments (cash and credit cards) with retail sales, including calculating and reclassifying payments in transit.
•Post manual journals with supporting documentation and prepare monthly reporting; maintain the OTC generic mailbox and assist with audit tasks and internal audit controls.
