Director Health & Safety - Grocery

Lead the deployment, implementation, and governance of safety programs across multiple manufacturing locations, reporting to the Senior Director of Health and Safety. Drive safety strategy by assessing risk, reducing incidents and occupational injuries, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and improving KPIs. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, plant teams, and employees, oversee reporting of injuries and serious incidents, and support hiring for facility EHS managers.
