Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize use of available resources to deliver work plan scopes within budget and time constraints within an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed and used to develop the project schedule.
  • •Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates and schedule contingency management for specific work packages.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology and ensure compliance with contractor schedules with integrated schedules/milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 1,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a construction scheduling role.
  • •Experience working in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques; proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 (or above) and Microsoft Project.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
