Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage day-to-day activities across workforce transformation engagements, ensuring timely delivery and issue escalation as needed.
  • •Develop and deliver integrated communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged through appropriate channels.
  • •Prepare and present clear, concise materials for project meetings, client workshops, and requirements sessions.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to workforce operations to identify risks, opportunities, and insights for leadership.
  • •Support business development by drafting proposals and responding to client information requests.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field; study level: Bachelor's Degree
  • •3+ years of related work experience; experience in a similar consulting practice preferred
  • •Change management, program management, or related certifications preferred (Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • •Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
  • •Experience in one or more areas of program/project management and/or organizational change management
