Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and analyze spares and material solutions for the Eurodrone in-service support contract.
  • •Calculate material support costs and model/optimize spares provisioning lists (RSPL).
  • •Represent ADS in front of the customer at the Initial Provisioning Conference and develop improvement proposals for customer processes and supply chain.
  • •Research and analyze spares solution and logistics data, converting results into profitable contracts for provisioning, customized logistics, and customized lead-time.
  • •Provide technical support for supplier selection by generating SoWs for subcontracted material solutions activities and act as focal point for material services offers.

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering background.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in customer services, MRO, or engineering.
  • •Experience working with technical publications, LSA data, and CMMs (CMMs as an advantage).
  • •Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with autonomy and adaptability to new topics.
  • •Team player profile with ability to work and deliver in a multidisciplinary environment.
