Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a brand ambassador, helping customers with product questions and making compelling recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety, including restocking and retrieving merchandise from sales floor and inventory areas. Process accurate cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connection) and support store profitability by handling inbound and outbound product flow efficiently.
