Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate executive banking priorities into high-impact AI use cases and value realization frameworks.
  • •Architect scalable, end-to-end data flows to address operational bottlenecks across legacy core banking, payment rails, and loan origination pipelines.
  • •Build data-backed business cases quantifying value (e.g., $10M+ OPEX savings, risk reduction, or net-new revenue).
  • •Deliver executive advisory to C-suite and G-SIB leadership to accelerate software adoption pipelines.
  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey from technical discovery and PoCs through QBRs, including process transformation with Lean/Six Sigma and audit trails.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience solving complex enterprise problems, bridging institutional financial services with strategy.
  • •Proven track record in consultative value-selling, value engineering, or enterprise SaaS account strategy.
  • •Functional understanding of Generative AI and process mining as applied to enterprise financial systems and core banking platforms.
  • •Deep banking domain knowledge in 2+ areas such as credit risk/underwriting, wealth management, payments/clearing, capital markets, ALM, or KYC/AML operations.
  • •B.S. or M.S. in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration; LSS Black Belt/Lean-Six Sigma or CFA/FRM is a plus.
