Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the management of the EPIROC India contract to deliver first-class service/product and be recognized as an industry leader.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders responsible for project deliverables to ensure effective and efficient contract execution.
  • •Enforce EPIROC policies and guidelines as described in The Way We Do Things and maintain high ethical standards.
  • •Maintain a culture of Safety, Health & Environment and strong environmental responsibility within the team.
  • •Develop and manage people, hire-to-retire, and ensure compliance with contract obligations while optimizing asset performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience as a Team Leader/Workshop Manager, overseeing a crew of more than 70 people.
  • •Training in SL1 and SL2 level.
  • •Management course certification.
  • •Experience in a large contract environment with understanding of equipment costs and operating influences.
