•Exceptional communication and storytelling. You can walk out of an engineering architecture review and explain what it means for the sales team, the ops team -- in language each of them actually cares about.
•Able to navigate stakeholder complexity across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership without positional authority. You lead by earning trust, not by pulling rank.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•7+ years of professional experience in product operations, product management, or a strategy/operations hybrid role.
•3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model
•2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports.
•Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams in a remote or distributed organization.
