Key Responsibilities

•Lead the build and development of APIs, state management, and workflow orchestration systems to automate fleet lifecycle operations at scale.
•Drive technical alignment across dependent systems and partner teams to ensure cohesive integration and reliable end-to-end workflows.
•Mentor and coach senior engineers to elevate technical standards and guidelines across the organization.
•Focus on customer experience and product requirements, translating technical insight into high-impact business solutions.
•Partner with leadership to codify business processes into scalable, self-measuring platforms, reducing manual toil.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 272,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

•16+ years of progressive industry experience
•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience defining and shipping complex distributed systems
•Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python
•Deep experience with global cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and mentor engineers
