Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior accountable owner for ARS internal readiness, ensuring continuous assessment preparedness across in-scope IT services.
  • •Operationalize Group IT CISO policy and TMC control updates, coordinating communication, solution design, implementation planning, and execution across IT teams.
  • •Embed ARS control requirements into the design and build of new and changed services, partnering with Architecture, Project Managers, and Service Owners.
  • •Own and maintain control solutions and documentation, including onboarding services to control solutions and maintaining an auditable evidence repository for BAU.
  • •Lead and develop the assurance team, act as liaison to ARS, Security Governance, and DIRM, and drive automation/AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual compliance effort.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or security assurance within large, complex organizations.
  • •Experience owning or leading internal IT audit readiness, GRC, or control assurance functions.
  • •Proven ability to translate security policy requirements into actionable IT control frameworks and BAU processes.
  • •Experience managing teams responsible for evidence collection, control testing, or compliance reporting.
  • •Prior exposure to Allianz ARS processes or equivalent group-level IT compliance frameworks is preferred.
