Job Summary

Design, scale, and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes across Sales, SDR, and Marketing to improve lead management, routing, qualification, handoff, and pipeline progression. Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and bottlenecks, translate strategic initiatives into operational plans, and document current/future workflows. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Systems to define requirements, support system enhancements, and drive measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction, remove bottlenecks, and improve Sales & SDR revenue-generating potential.
•Design and improve core GTM processes across lead management, routing, qualification, handoff, and pipeline progression workflows.
•Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Systems to identify process gaps, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions.
•Document current-state and future-state workflows to ensure the process design meets the desired outcome.
•Support stakeholders through idea-to-implementation, prioritizing initiatives with true revenue impact, and assist with systems enhancements from workflow design through UAT and post-launch optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or process/program management in a similar industry.
•Experience designing and improving cross-functional business processes across the go-to-market lifecycle, with a focus on Lead to Opportunity.
•Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PowerBi, and Lean Data.
•Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and executable plans.
•Strong analytical skills using data to identify issues, measure impact, and support decision-making.
