Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive JD channel ecommerce sales growth, expand market share, and improve business performance. Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to execute sales plans, manage daily channel operations, and resolve critical issues. Own budget management, cost analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while driving end-to-end business development projects and pursuing new partnership and platform opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and optimize ecommerce strategies to achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, and align with business objectives.
•Lead collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute sales plans and drive revenue growth.
•Oversee daily channel operations, ensure efficiency, and resolve critical issues to maintain smooth performance.
•Manage budget, conduct cost analysis and forecasting, and maximize ROI aligned to financial targets.
•Conduct sales/data and platform metrics analysis, lead end-to-end business development projects, and identify new opportunities for long-term channel growth.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading business development initiatives.
•Strong working experience in JD ecommerce operations is highly preferred.
•Ability to develop and execute long-term ecommerce/digital strategies focused on scalable growth.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and guiding junior team members (if applicable).
•Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable results.
