Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • •Coordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
  • •Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards.
  • •Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • •Identify process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and collaborate cross-functionally to secure ingredient availability for upcoming menus and promotions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply planning, procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role.
