Key Responsibilities

•Operates Hotel Shuttle Service and ensures a delightful, seamless arrival and departure for guests.
•Greets guests and welcomes them to the hotel city and promotes hotel services.
•Drives shuttle to pick-up and drop-off guests to local destinations on request or schedule basis.
•Follows airport procedures and shuttle traffic rules to pick up and drop off guests.
•Loads and unloads guest luggage from shuttle and communicates status via radio, and keeps lobby area clean when not operating shuttle.
