Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist buyers in writing purchase orders and loading them efficiently into the system.
  • •Maintain master data processes for items, often coordinating with suppliers.
  • •Manage order confirmations with suppliers and track cancellations, price changes, and amendments.
  • •Own delivery scheduling by chasing supplier deliveries and escalating late-risk exceptions to buying.
  • •Support warehouse discrepancy handling and accounts payable invoice discrepancy resolution, maintaining payment escalation files aligned with AP.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Merch or Buying Admin roles or upstream planning roles.
  • •Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or Oracle.

  • •Organized and methodical, preferably with exposure to environments applying Kaizen methodology.
  • •Fluent in English; Italian and French are a plus.
