Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze global cybersecurity regulations and legal mandates, converting them into actionable technical specifications and engineering rules.
  • •Optimize, adapt, and scale Secure PLC (Secure Product Development Lifecycle) processes within software, firmware, and hardware development pipelines.
  • •Lead end-to-end security evaluations and certification initiatives, conducting technical reviews and coordinating with lab evaluators and engineering teams.
  • •Implement hands-on automation frameworks and agentic AI workflows for compliance tracking, evidence collection, and security verification within engineering systems.
  • •Partner with Hardware, Software, Product Management, and Legal as a technical authority to deliver actionable insights on product security architecture and compliance readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in security engineering, product security governance, or secure development programs.
  • •BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Practical expertise in secure development lifecycles, threat modeling, risk engineering, and hardware/software security practices.
  • •Ability to analyze system architectures, low-level firmware, and codebases to ensure implementations match governance mandates.
  • •Direct experience leading products through third-party security evaluations, testing, or formal validations.
