Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BIM models for various projects from conceptual stage to detail stage.
  • •Model and coordinate MEP services with proficiency in REVIT MEP and Navisworks Manage.
  • •Perform multidisciplinary coordination reviews to ensure integration across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • •Conduct BIM model audits to maintain quality and adherence to project standards.
  • •Handle Revit contacts independently and train others in Revit families, including working with nested/parametric families, lookup tables, and shared parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • •Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Proficiency in REVIT MEP and Navisworks Manage for BIM modeling and coordination.
