Job Summary

Support search operations quality for TikTok by inspecting and auditing evaluation work to ensure user-generated content complies with community guidelines. You’ll analyze errors, monitor evaluator quality scores, and perform root-cause analysis with stakeholders. Partner with R&D and product teams to localize guidelines, coordinate training schedules, deliver onboarding and process/guideline training, and help set up product knowledge tests and reporting.

•Track project data and produce daily output/quality score reporting and validation for stakeholders/partners.
