Key Responsibilities

•Assist Chef de Cuisine in coordinating and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen.
•Maintain and elevate standards to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
•Support in implementing/menu execution and quality control across service periods.
•Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.
•Communicate effectively with the team and hotel management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements

•Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
•Strong attention to detail and flexibility; able to work under pressure.
•Effective communication in English is a must.
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise the running of the assigned kitchen.
•Experience coordinating with Chef de Cuisine and maintaining standards to achieve guest satisfaction.
