Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise the customer on Maintenance Data System (MDS) support for platform and application services during live operations.
  • •Track MDS (MDS AMTAC) queries by acknowledging, registering, escalating, and ensuring resolutions or workarounds are properly addressed.
  • •Contribute to a Query Knowledge Database (QKDB) by providing event descriptions and correct answers harmonized with other on-site GSD technical services.
  • •Provide on-site systems support, including assisting trained RMAF personnel in using the application.
  • •Administer databases, access rights, and servers, and coordinate assistance between Airbus Defense and Space (ADS) and the customer for retrofit activities when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance systems and records (or a diploma in any field, preferably engineering or IT).
  • •Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
  • •Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is desirable).
  • •Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
