•Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
•Implement, customize and integrate ITSM, CSM, and HRSD/ GRC modules (at least two).
•Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
•Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO).
•Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer) and contribute to platform improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience: minimum 3 years on ServiceNow.
•Proficiency in ITSM and CSM modules (HRSD, GRC) with at least 2 modules.
•Excellent scripting knowledge in ServiceNow (JavaScript, client and server side).
•Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, APIs).
•Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum.
