Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
  • •Implement, customize and integrate ITSM, CSM, and HRSD/ GRC modules (at least two).
  • •Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
  • •Participate in integrations with third-party tools (API, Web Services, LDAP, SSO).
  • •Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer) and contribute to platform improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience: minimum 3 years on ServiceNow.
  • •Proficiency in ITSM and CSM modules (HRSD, GRC) with at least 2 modules.
  • •Excellent scripting knowledge in ServiceNow (JavaScript, client and server side).
  • •Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, APIs).
