•Plan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
•Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a senior marketing role with ownership of campaigns end-to-end.
•Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management.
•Hands-on paid media experience across major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar).
•Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and reporting on campaign performance.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strategic, brand-aware approach.
