Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Diageo Beer Company’s Revenue Management and Commercial Excellence agenda, supporting consumer and trade pricing strategies via AOP price planning and performance management.
•Inject commercial excellence priorities into regional sales routines, including RGM/price execution, distributor performance reviews, and diagnosing/reacting to Nielsen/BI indicators.
•Manage FOB price adjustments and price promotions approvals, with accountability for price/mix/margin delivery alongside Field Sales.
•Track performance across brands, programs, distributors, and markets; identify opportunities and communicate findings to key partners.
•Lead organization of local incentives and region’s Team IBOs with M&E tracking throughout the year.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 100,800 - 168,000

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required.
•5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics and/or Finance.
•Expert in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
•Experience working with and/or designing MS PowerBI data dashboards and data queries.
•Expertise with key reporting and planning tools such as VIP/iDig, Nielsen, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
