Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and execute productivity initiatives to deliver cost optimization, FTE efficiency, and backlog reduction.
  • •Improve Accounts Payable processes by identifying root causes and defining actionable plans (e.g., payment on time, reconciliation, posting QA, open items, APWF).
  • •Partner with stakeholders to simplify, standardize, and automate AP workflows, using problem-solving methodologies to implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • •Lead reviews and follow-ups on critical supplier accounts to minimize risks and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring region-specific root-cause plans.
  • •Act as AP process expert by facilitating standardization and automation and providing training, guidance, and ad hoc reporting to support local finance teams and invoice resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields (master’s preferred).
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt as minimum).
  • •3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Productivity, or Operational Excellence roles.
  • •3+ years of operational experience with Accounts Payable processes (AP, Posting, T&E, Payments).
  • •Strong digital and analytics capability, including SAP and tools such as Concur, Ariba, and reporting/visualization (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL).
