Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a business analyst to clarify business outcomes, scope, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Deliver Banking Document Composition POD enhancements and BAU changes focused on stability, performance, and predictable delivery.
  • •Drive RESTful API project deployment and reduce legacy dependencies.
  • •Build and maintain Python automation/tooling for defect triage, customer impact tracing, and regression support.
  • •Lead FF production support and improve incident management with minute-level failure pinpointing and faster restoration.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with banking operations and/or operational workflows is preferred.
  • •Experienced production support and incident management capability, including driving RCA and preventing recurrence.
  • •Automation/scripting skills, with Python preferred, to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Familiarity with monitoring/observability and improving MTTR and stability.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication and teamwork in an Agile/POD setup.
