Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on with engineering through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Set high standards for code quality, system design, testing, security, observability, and production reliability.
  • •Mentor engineers and improve tooling, development practices, and automation to increase team velocity, while owning systems post-release (monitoring, incident investigation, and root-cause resolution).

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and shipping production systems with strong software engineering fundamentals.

  • •Demonstrated technical leadership through leading major engineering projects and guiding other engineers.
  • •Ability to review code, debug complex issues, and work directly with production systems while explaining decisions clearly.
