Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coater equipment to meet quality and productivity requirements.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and light mechanical maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Monitor process parameters and alarms via equipment computers and ensure process control using procedures/SPC data.
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Operate forklift and crane with proper training/certification (when required) and maintain inventory levels for the next shift.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Preference for an Associate’s degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving and understand/apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Must be able to obtain/maintain forklift certification and/or walk-behind forklift certification, if requested.
