Own the practical enterprise systems and workflows that keep Antares’ manufacturing and quality operations moving. Translate supply chain, manufacturing, and finance requirements into reliable data models and processes; build AI-enabled, human-in-the-loop workflows for supplier commitments, inspections, exceptions, and escalations. Administer and integrate enterprise tools (MES, ERP/MRP, procurement, supplier portals), improve data quality, and support testing, rollouts, and audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate supply chain, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and finance requirements into system workflows, data models, approvals, permissions, and operating procedures.
•Design and implement agentic and AI-enabled workflows to track supplier commitments, purchase orders, material readiness, nonconformances, risks, and follow-ups.
•Administer, configure, and improve supply chain and manufacturing enterprise systems including MES, ERP/MRP, procurement systems, supplier portals, and inventory/material systems.
•Build automations and integrations using SQL, Python, APIs, and workflow tools to reduce manual status chasing and improve execution visibility.
•Maintain master data and data-quality routines for suppliers, parts, BOMs, routings, work orders, inspection status, and operational metadata while supporting testing, rollouts, and audit evidence.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 135,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related fields.
•3+ years of experience supporting enterprise workflows across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or operations technology.
•Hands-on experience administering or implementing enterprise operations systems such as MES, ERP/MRP, procurement, supplier management, inventory/materials, QMS, PLM, or workflow automation platforms.
•Software development experience in a high-level coding language such as Python, Java, or C#.
•Working knowledge of SQL and data structures, plus experience connecting systems and automating operational tasks using APIs, low-code automation, RPA, or scripting.
