Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, simple cooking tasks, and ingredient portioning under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow recipes and kitchen instructions for consistent quality, and support stock rotation and inventory checks. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order execution, and help with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards.
