Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion a safety-first culture and reinforce safe behaviors across all operating locations and field teams.
  • •Own end-to-end business performance, including revenue growth, EBITDA, margin performance, working capital discipline, and return on capital.
  • •Lead asphalt plant and paving/construction execution to ensure safe, timely, on-budget, high-quality work.
  • •Drive commercial strategy and market leadership across public and private markets, including customer and agency relationships, bid strategy, and pricing discipline.
  • •Establish KPI-driven operating cadence, champion continuous improvement, and align support functions around business priorities and compliance requirements.
