Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting CMS, digital platforms, or enterprise web applications.
  • •Support enterprise CMS, digital platforms, web applications, and system integrations while documenting complex business processes for both technical and business audiences.
  • •Strong process analysis and requirements elicitation, including facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • •Working knowledge of web technologies and architectures, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related STEM discipline.
