Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementations and guide clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
•Drive design workshops, manage Core HR workstreams, and oversee deliverable quality across HCM modules
•Ensure successful integration across HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Talent
•Mentor and manage junior/offshore resources and develop client advisory relationships
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
•5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
•End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
•Experience as a functional application specialist
•Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
