Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementations and guide clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
  • •Drive design workshops, manage Core HR workstreams, and oversee deliverable quality across HCM modules
  • •Ensure successful integration across HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Talent
  • •Mentor and manage junior/offshore resources and develop client advisory relationships
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • •5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • •End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
  • •Experience as a functional application specialist
  • •Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
